If you notice that your CBD isolates look different or are yellow or brown in color, they may still be authentic cannabidiol supplements. However, they are at most 90 percent pure CBD and most likely contain a variety of undesirable compounds and solvents. You are always better off using the highest quality CBD you can find!
What do I need to make my own CBD isolate vape oil at home?
The first thing to do is to gather the proper materials. Luckily, most of them are common kitchen utensils or are very easily obtainable (from us or other CBD suppliers)! These materials include:
1) A mortar and pestle
2) A sterile, clean bowl or container
3) A load-cell based scale that can weigh grams accurately
4) A vape oil (unflavored or flavored are both fine)
5) A heat source that can maintain a low but consistent heat without burning anything (a pan filled with medium-hot water is a perfect option)
6) A stirring utensil
7) A funnel
8) Any other handy kitchen tools that you might find helpful
9) Sterilized storage containers for the finished CBD isolate vape oil
10) High-quality CBD isolate
11) Optional: Terpenes for added flavor and effect
A quick note: The amount of CBD isolate used should be carefully decided beforehand. It is important to have a target concentration or milligram amount in mind, ahead of time to reduce any unnecessary waste or side effects.
Which vape juices are best to use CBD isolate vape oil?
Once you start looking around for vape juices, you will notice that there are two main types available on the market: propylene glycol (otherwise known as PG) and vegetable glycerine (otherwise known as VG or glycerol).
PG is perhaps the most commonly used vape liquid in the industry because it tends to create a sensation similar to traditional smoking while also being considerably inexpensive. However, roughly 20 percent of all vape juices are made with VG because they have a sweeter flavor and produce far more vapor upon exhalation. Honestly, the choice is up to the chef and/or user! What are terpenes and what benefits do they offer in CBD vape juices?

How to make your own vape juice at home
Once you have gathered all of the necessary materials, you are ready to follow these easy steps:
Step 1) Activate the low heat source and allow it to get well above room temperature.
Step 2) Take the sterile bowl or container and put 30 milliliters of vape juice into it.
Step 3) Place this container on the low heat source and allow the vape juice to also get above room temperature.
Step 4) Use the scale to weigh out the desired amount of cannabidiol isolate.
Step 5) Use the mortar and pestle to crush the CBD isolate if it is the clear crystal type. This step is unnecessary if the isolate in hand is already in powder form.
Step 6) Add the powdered isolate to the heated vape liquid.
Step 7) Using the stirring utensil, gently mix the heated mixture. Make sure you take your time! Stir the solution until you no longer see or feel any crystals or powdery elements with the utensil.
Step 8) Once the solution is completely mixed, let it cool off.
Step 9) Transfer the newly-finished vape juice into the storage containers carefully using the funnels.
Do you want to flavor your CBD vape oil?
The choice of flavoring vaporizable CBD oil is really up the person making it (and perhaps the people using it); either way should be perfectly fine and safe. However, if you decide to flavor the CBD vape juices, you are going to need to add another step (between steps 7 and 8) to the recipe we have outlined above:

Step 7.5) Take 0.5 milliliters of your desired terpene(s) and add them to the vape liquid. Make sure you keep the solution overheated for several hours (up to 12) and mix it as often as possible since the terpenes will take quite a while to fully mix with the vape juices.
